David Miller is a seasoned professional with over two decades of operational experience, ensuring that every project is managed from inception to completion with the utmost quality and a keen focus on client satisfaction. As a third-generation business entrepreneur, David has seamlessly integrated generations of knowledge with his visionary approach to cultivate a company that honors excellence and quality. His dedication to the industry and his teams is evident in the successful completion and design of numerous projects. For David, challenges are not barriers but opportunities to shine.
Dale Hollingsworth
With 45 years of experience in building businesses around first-to-market innovative products, Dale Hollingsworth has a proven track record of global manufacturing and marketing success. Focused on developing products that deliver meaningful health benefits, he has led multiple ventures to successful exits totaling $500 million. A graduate of Babson College, he combines strategic vision with entrepreneurial expertise to drive innovation and market leadership.
Danny Cinti
Danny Cinti brings over two decades of expertise in infrastructure and modular construction, ensuring every project is executed with precision, innovation, and a deep commitment to client satisfaction. As a seasoned entrepreneur with experience in large-scale construction across Africa and the USA, he has played a key role in advancing modular healthcare solutions. His leadership at HM Medical drives the development of sustainable, high-quality medical facilities designed to meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers worldwide. Danny’s strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities have positioned him as a trusted leader in the industry.
Bradley Erasmus
Bradley Erasmus has 32 years of sales experience, including 22 years in Hong Kong and five years in China, before returning to Cape Town, South Africa. With a background in accounting and finance, he has worked in commodity trading, index options, and government bonds while also teaching business-related subjects at China Women's University in Beijing. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of South Africa and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business. Now, he is dedicated to providing healthcare and medical solutions to underserved communities, ensuring they receive the dignity and care they deserve.

Sean Mockford
Sean Mockford has over 25 years of experience leading complex outfitting projects in the marine new build and repair sectors. As a serial entrepreneur, he has founded multiple businesses securing projects across the naval, commercial, and oil and gas industries. With a background in psychology and cabinetmaking, he brings a unique, problem-solving approach to design. He now focuses on developing innovative modular solutions for healthcare and the built environment.
Theresa van Jaarsveld
Theresa van Jaarsveld is a highly skilled medical laboratory technologist and consultant with over 45 years of experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory management, and quality assurance. She has played a pivotal role in the implementation of point-of-care testing programs, laboratory startups, and accreditation processes across South Africa and the Middle East. As the founder of POC Africa, she is dedicated to advancing education and training for healthcare workers, reducing diagnostic errors, and improving patient care outcomes. Her extensive expertise and leadership continue to drive innovation in laboratory medicine and healthcare solutions.
Dr. Chris Koutures
Dr. Koutures grew up in Irvine, CA, and earned a B.S. in Kinesiology from UCLA before obtaining his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine, where he also completed his pediatric residency. After returning to California, he completed a sports medicine fellowship at UC San Diego and has since served as a team physician for USA Volleyball, the U.S. Figure Skating Sports Medicine Network, and multiple collegiate athletic programs. He has mentored pediatric residents, medical students, and athletic training students while speaking at conferences on sports medicine. An accomplished author and former executive committee member of the American Academy of Pediatrics Council on Sports Medicine and Fitness, he remains an active athlete who enjoys mountain biking and yoga with his wife.
